Assembly Launches New Website

Washington, D.C. - To increase public engagement, the Armenian Assembly of America (Assembly) announces the launch of its redesigned website. The site is being launched to coincide with the Assembly's virtual National Advocacy Conference. The expanded website provides greater resources for its advocacy work to strengthen U.S.-Armenia relations and to secure aid for Armenia and Artsakh. Special sections promote Armenian Genocide awareness and education, in tandem with its sister organizations, the Armenian National Institute and the Armenian Genocide Museum of America. Access is also provided to the Armenian Tree Project and Armenia 360, a comprehensive news site and weekly newsletter that brings critically relevant stories about Armenia and the Diaspora directly to subscribers. The mobile-friendly website facilitates rapid engagement with its supporters and the public. Key platforms allow visitors to delve deeper into policy issues, advocacy efforts, and ways to take action as constituents. The new site highlights information on the Assembly’s flagship Terjenian-Thomas Internship Program in Washington, D.C., which marks its 44th year in 2021, as well as the organization’s Yerevan Internship Program; streamlined donation pages; social media links; and digital features that make the site more user-friendly. “Creating updated platforms to communicate our work with the public is a priority for the Assembly as we continue to enhance our effectiveness in Washington, D.C.,” said Bryan Ardouny, Executive Director. “We look forward to seeing increased engagement with users and supporters, and we welcome everyone to explore our new website and to reach out with any questions or comments.” To learn more about the Armenian Assembly of America, please visit: www.armenian--assembly.org.
